Geopsis Maps & Guides ultimately is a provider/vendor of digital maps within a third party app store. Take a look in their detailed support centre and ask them if you have encountered a problem with the usage of their app. If you found a problem that concerns our maps inside the app, please contact us directly. Yes, the third party app developer, Avenza, has produced a lot of video tutorials ranging for novice usage up to expert cases.
How do I download the Geopsis eBooks in my devices?
Our eBooks are sold directly by us. Right after purchasing, you receive a personalized download link by email. When clicking on the link, you will be asked where you want to download the file. Here’s what to do depending on the device:

In a PC or MAC, select the folder you want to download to (unless the folder “Downloads” is pre-selected), then click and open the PDF file. Make sure you have Acrobat Reader. Alternatively you can open it with your browser as most web browsers have an internal adobe reader plugin.

On an Android phone or tablet, select the folder and then select the app you want to open the file. We recommend the Acrobat Reader app.

On an iPhone/iPad tap download file and then select share > open in/copy to/export to > Acrobat Reader. You can alternatively open it with an app of your choice, making sure it reads PDF files (the Kindle mobile app allows importing PDF files for example).
How do I view the Geopsis eBooks?
Our eBooks are available in the PDF file format. Many reader apps for mobiles & tablets and desktop computers are able to read them. However, it is best viewed in Acrobat Reader. Our eBooks are (for the moment) fixed format PDF files so you can zoom in by pinching on the screen but you can’t resize the font.

1. See to it that you have Acrobat Reader installed in your device
2. tap on the download link in your email
3. tap “DOWNLOAD”
3. tap “OPEN IN”
4. tap “Import to Acrobat”
5. go to the Acrobat app and view your eBook
Open the file in Acrobat Reader directly after purchasing - PC or MAC
There are no special instructions for viewing our eBooks in a desktop computer. Just download via the link in your email and open and view your file.
Can I view my Geopsis eBook in Kindle mobile app?
Yes, you can import the PDF in the Kindle mobile App through various ways both on Android and iOS devices. However we do not offer viewing support on Kindle tablets or other similar standalone specialized devices such Nook etc.
Import the file directly after purchasing - iOS (iPhones, iPads)
1. tap on the download link in your email
2. tap “DOWNLOAD”
3. tap “OPEN IN”
4. key in an author (anything)
5. when you are prompted to Convert PDF, tap “No” (this step is very important, choose no if you want to view the file in Kindle properly)
Import the file via Dropbox - iOS (iPhones, iPads)
1. Upload the file in Dropbox
2. tap the three dots (…) on the right
3. tap “OPEN IN”
4. key in an author (anything)
5. when you are prompted to Convert PDF, tap “No” (this step is very important, choose no if you want to view the file in Kindle properly)
Import the file via iTunes on PC or MAC

Those who have purchased an eBook from us, will receive an automated email notification about updated book versions, and will be able to download it for free.
Can I print the Geopsis eBooks?
It is not possible to print out copies (in whole or in part) of our PDF eBooks. We do the best to ensure that our books also come in printed form. You can download, access and read them on all your devices (up to 5 downloads).
Can I share the eBook(s) I purchased?
The sharing, copying or transferring of our eBooks to third parties is not allowed. Each eBook that we create is the work of extensive and expensive field research and months, if not years, of dedication by our authors and editing teams. We take pride in going above and beyond normal standards to create top quality guidebooks with insider information, suggestions and maps. We think that the price of €/$9,95 is a small sum to pay. If you like your purchase, please encourage a friend to buy it too! This will help us to keep continuing to do this work.
